What’s Under the Hood: Power, Voltage, and Output
At the heart of these heaters is the lamp system. It’s rated at 2500W and designed for 400V. That pairing packs a lot of heat into a compact size, so you can mount the unit overhead or on a wall without overhauling your electrical setup. The tube is 300mm long, which keeps the overall footprint small while still delivering a focused beam of warmth. In real life, that means you can flood a doorway, a bar terrace, or a changing area with targeted heat the moment you flip the switch.
Materials and Design: Halogen, Quartz, and R7s
We use a halogen-filled quartz tube because it handles rapid temperature swings and long stretches of high heat without blinking. The halogen cycle helps keep output steady over the life of the lamp by redepositing evaporated filament back onto the filament. That reduces blackening and keeps performance stable. The R7s base isn’t just a connector. It’s a solid mechanical and electrical fit, built for high current and clean alignment. It makes lamp replacement a snap, simplifies wiring, and helps reduce hot spots at the contact points.

In commercial settings—like a hotel changing area or a premium patio—people need warmth fast, and they need it to be predictable. These heaters deliver on both counts, turning cold, drafty spots into comfortable spaces in seconds. Installation is straightforward. Mount the bracket, wire the unit, and pop in the lamp. A quick heads-up: because the 2500W output concentrates energy, you do need to plan clearances. Make sure nearby equipment and controls are rated for the higher ambient temperature.
